Move, surf, eat, Siesta, play, and reset in Baja. This 5-day/4-night retreat pairs daily surf sessions at Cerritos Beach with my signature MoFlo movement practice (contemporary dance meets martial arts meets something all it’s own! We sweat, we laugh, we move. Pairs well with the waves!). South African pro-surfer Tash van Greunen leads surf lessons for all levels — beginners to advanced welcome. Twice-daily MoFlo classes (sunrise energizer + sunset deep-dive).
Plus: cooking class with renowned chef Lucia Benitez, botanical dye workshop, trip to Todos Santos, pool/hot tub/sauna time, chef-prepared meals, and plenty of Baja-paced downtime.
